FAQ
Can I try Nysa for free?
Yes. You can demo Nysa for free. Full functionality requires a paid subscription.
- Pro unlocks posting, likes, bookmarks, reposts, customization, push notifications, and iCloud sync.
- Max adds multiple accounts and a unified Mastodon and Bluesky feed.
- Ultra adds full iPad support to everything in Max.
How do I restore or manage a subscription?
Open Nysa Settings, then Subscription. Apple handles billing and refunds. Removing an account does not cancel a subscription.
Why was I signed out of Bluesky?
Bluesky limits sessions for third-party apps, so Nysa may occasionally ask you to sign in again. Your feed position and app settings stay saved, so you can continue where you left off.
How do I remove or delete an account?
Removing an account signs it out of Nysa and clears its local data. To delete the social account, open Edit Profile and follow the service's deletion steps.
Why are notifications not arriving?
Check notifications in Nysa and iOS Settings, then reopen Nysa. Send a support request if they still do not arrive.
How do I report content or an account?
Use Report, Block, or Mute in Nysa. Bluesky or your Mastodon instance handles the moderation decision.
